Quaint little place in IJM, with a speciality in coffee and snacks accompanying it. There is a special xmas snacks and drinks available. Pay at the counter when you order. Atmosphere is quiet and calming.

One of the best Americano coffee I had. They also have promotion on Monday for free coffee for the first 20 order. Furthermore, the place is fantastic for meet up. What are the cons, the place gets noisy when too many people talking. Suggest to management get some voice absorption material to dampen the sound from bouncing too much. Overall, experienced Good.

Nice coffee, cakes and ambience! Ample parking and nearby supermarket too. Fair prices. And they have kurma for iftar during Ramadhan.

I went there with family at night for a late night drink. The atmosphere was very peaceful and calm, quite a nice place to just rest and chill, when there aren’t a lot a of people of course. The staff was quite friendly and helpful when we asked what the drinks on the menu were. They looked quite professional in their attire. The place is very clean, I didn’t see any rubbish on the floor. The toilet is also quite clean and well stocked with things a person may need in a toilet. Unlike a certain other coffee place where the toilet always looks bad and always doesn’t have soap. I ordered a Dirty Matcha and a slice of avocado cake. It’s safe to say that they do indeed serve high quality snacks and food. The Dirty Matcha tasted just right. It was the perfect mix of bitter and sweet. The Avocado Cake tasted natural and fresh, as it should. The price was pretty reasonable for how good the drinks and foods are here. At least It doesn’t feel like highway robbery when I get a drink here, unlike when I have a drink at a certain large coffee company. It’s probably no surprise to say that I’m going come back to The Bean Express to have another high quality drink. Overall it was a treat to come here. I give it a solid 8.8 out of 10 My only critique of the place is that it’s opened next to Starbucks, of all places. And doesn’t get as much traction as Starbucks when it’s almost better in every aspect.

Chills and having nice cafe latte, I like waffle with ice cream and lite burrito good too. Very nice cafe and good cleanliness.

Very delicious waffle, nice coffee and friendly staff, Been there for 3 times in a roll in one week , will be there again for coffee before we fly back to Perth.

Nice beverage and environment. Coffee was nice, price was fair. Peppermint chocolate was a bit sweet for me, would be better if they serve a less sweet version.

this is Waffle with Ice Cream and Maple Syrup. The waffle is not airy and the thickness is in medium. The portion was not too big and not too small and it cost for RM12.80 ... The price was a bit expensive but the taste of the waffle was delicious and they have free wifi.
